Upgraded Structures: FIRSMEN DFN cable crossover machine is made of a 11 gauge steel tube for the frame, a professional commercial-level material. Electrostatic powder coating and topped with a matte black finish. The cable machine weighs 800 lbs. The capacity is loading to 2000 lbs. Machine Dimension: 42.8”L x 77.4”W x 83”H.

Come with Weight Stacks: FIRSMEN functional trainer equipped with weight plates. You don’t need to buy extra-weight plates and don’t need more space to stack. Just plug the magnetic-tipped pin to lock the weight you want. Very simple and convenient to use, allowing you to achieve a better range of motion.

Anti-Bounce Device: Based on our market research, many athletes dislike their cables jump out of the pulley groove when training. Fireman has designed an anti-jumping mechanism at the top, perfectly solving your cable issue.

Home Gym System: The DFN Functional Trainer is equipped with individual dual-pulley systems, which means you can train together with your family and friends. Enhance the efficiency of your home workouts. The DFN is narrow enough to fit your home. In addition, this machine with a height of 83 inches is more suitable for the ceiling in your home.

Multi-Functional Trainer: The FIRSMEN Functional Trainer brings commercial-grade, cable strength training to your home gym. This full, versatile trainer features 18 cable positions with dual weight stacks that top out at 200lbs each, for a total of 400lbs at a 2:1 ratio (moving 100lbs feels like 50lbs).

Important Delivery: FIRSMEN use dedicated LTL logistics service. Our staff will contact you by email about the confirmation of the order and delivery details before the box is shipped. Please keep an eye on your Amazon email.

Almost perfect

I love everything about this machine, except for one detail. The plates used in the weight stacks are not iron, steel or any other kind of metal. They are basically cement filled plastic plates. Not sure how durable these will be in the long run. I didn't realize it until after I almost completely built the machine and opened the weight boxes last to add the stacks to the rack. I will say this, after using it for about a week, I have had zero issues with the plates, they are quieter than iron plates. I only wish that this machine was a lot cheaper, considering they substituted iron plates for sand weights, like a whole lot cheaper. I tried researching this unit online and could'nt find one review on it anywhere so here is mine. Hope it helps you decide and also hope they lower the price or at least disclose that fact in the specs.
