Half Bench
A foldable headrest that also functions as a half bench supports overhead exercises and serves as a chest/back support device. This design enables a variety of exercises, including seated military presses, overhead tricep extensions, shoulder presses, lateral raises, and hip thrusts.

All-Closed Ladder Design
Our all-closed ladder design keeps the ladder securely in place, whether you’re changing seat and back pad positions or storing the bench vertically. It also adds a layer of protection—especially important in homes with kids or pets—by preventing accidental bumps or injuries.
Knurled Handles for Better Grip
All adjustment handles and the front transport handle now feature knurling, giving you a stronger grip when changing the backrest angle or moving the bench. This makes every adjustment smoother and ensures you can reposition the bench anytime without slipping, even with sweaty hands.
Optimized Backrest Angle
We adjusted one of the backrest settings from 50° to 45°. This refined angle is considered the “sweet spot” by many lifters—allowing you to target your upper chest more effectively. At the same time, we added a new 10° backrest position, expanding the total range of angles. This gives you more variety to fine-tune your training.

BASTET™ works as a flat-incline bench with 8 different back pad angles and 3 seat pad angles. The "adjustable post" can easily transform it into a flat-incline-decline bench, with three additional decline angles. Use the flat/incline/decline for Bench Presses, Shoulder Presses, and Pull-Overs. The half bench mode even offers additional workouts like Seated Military Presses, Overhead Tricep Extensions and Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly.

When I first got the bench, it was very wobbly. I realized it was missing a set of bushings and reached out to mikolo. They immediately shipped a replacement pair. It is a rock solid and amazing bench now! Definitely recommend!

Amazing adjustable weight bench! Definitely solid and comes with great features. This bench is above average as compared to others on the market including commercial quality benches. The Mikolo Bastet 2.0 is indeed impressive! I can only imagine that in the near future there will be even more improvements for the next generation of adjustable weight benches made from Mikolo.

At 69 years old I’ve had plenty of benches under me in the 59 years I’ve been training. I’ve managed gyms and owned my own gym and never have I had a bench of this quality! The box came with a few tears and dents, but the contents were untouched. Assembly was awesomely easy as it came mostly assembled. However, the most stunning thing was that I ordered red for my color. What I got was an eye popping, beautiful, rich, burgundy red that really has impact. Not the typical boring gym red. The moment I saw it I knew it was going to be a quality piece. My wife even commented, not only on the color, but on the exquisite vinyl. The fold down top of the bench had me doing movements I haven’t done in years as access to a shorty bench has always been rare. The extra wide back is awesome for spinal and shoulder support. I know as I have issues with both areas. I train in a small container gym and I needed a smaller footprint bench. Not only did I save 17 inches in length but the single base footprint is solid as can be and super easy to maneuver in my tight space. All the angle adjustments I want/need and the seat adjusts perfectly to fit my spine. Pleased would be an understatement!

It is a great heavy duty incline/decline bench and I would definitely buy it again! I love the look of it and the functionality! There are a couple of improvements I would love to see-first, the pin that you tighten/loosen on the adjustable post is smooth which makes it very difficult to grip and unscrew when you need to change the decline. Second, when stored vertically, the balancing support is quite small, therefore, it's a bit unstable. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

First off, I’m really happy with the BASTET Adjustable FID Bench. It meets all my expectations based on what was described by Mikolo Fitness on their website. I have just a couple of observations to pass along from the assembly process. Be ready for a major hand/arm workout when tightening the nuts on the two large bolts that attach the pre-assembled main bench to the rear floor bracket! I’d consider my hand and arm strength as above average and I struggled. The good news is those bolts are not going anywhere now. Next, I was initially frustrated that the headrest was nearly impossible to install in the full flat position. So, I folded down the support bracket and installed the headrest…then couldn’t fully adjust it back to flat (too much contact with the backrest pad). I ended up removing the headrest pad and rotating it 180 degrees and installed it that way (brass grommet on stitching facing out/up)…problem solved! The adjustment is as expected now…easy and smooth. I certainly may have missed something on the instructions (don’t think I did though…kinda vague).
Anyways, it’s definitely solid bench with a great ability to adjust for various exercises. Exactly what I was looking for!

Love the bench but have an issue with the wheels. I bought this bench with the Miko Anubis 2.0 . The mobility of the bench on the gym mat is very difficult as the rubber pads come off due to the wheels being too small for the rubber foot to clear the Matt when rolling it back and forth. Needs larger diameter wheels.

Good bench overall. Finish was great, assembly was smooth except for one tab on the headrest being slightly bent, but was drawn up with the pad bolt. For those of us using an impact to tighten main bolts, a bolt sleeve through the mounting holes would be a welcome addition to avoid crushing of the square tube. Stability isn't as good as I'd expect from design. When getting into chest support position the bench tried tipping with one knee down. Not a good feeling with heavy dumbells in each hand. Could use a larger front pad or heavier gauge steel to offset this.

Solid bench all the way around. Perhaps a shade to wide for me. I wear a size 45s coat size. A little wide may help you move heavier weight, but it also restricts range of motion. Also good for a front brace for seated rows, although I'm to have to find a bar with a deeper notch in the center. Again just a shade to wide where my shoulders will rub when my arms are fully extended.
