What Is the 2nd MIKOLO 21-Day Challenge?

The 2nd MIKOLO 21-Day Challenge is a social fitness challenge open to anyone who owns MIKOLO equipment. Your mission is simple:

  • Work out every day for 21 days
  • Post your workout on social media (Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok)
  • Tag @mikolofitness and use #mikolochallenge

That’s it. No complicated rules. No gatekeeping. Just consistency.

Why 21 Days?

They say it takes 21 days to build a habit. This challenge isn’t about perfection — it’s about momentum.

Whether you’re training on a power rack, smith machine, cable system, or compact home gym setup, the goal is the same:
Show up daily and prove to yourself that consistency beats motivation.

How to Join the Challenge

  1. Optional: Join our Facebook Group for extra motivation and support (You can skip this if you'd rather not!)
  2. Pick your platform: Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok
  3. Post your workout every day for 21 days and tag @mikolofitness with #mikolochallenge
  4. Finish all 21 days and earn a Trophy 🏆
