I was affraid that they would not fit my old rack and surprise they did. I love the fact that I can move them to any rack.

Took me and my husband about 3 hours to put together have been using it for the last two weeks and we both love it such a great upgrade for us that will last a lifetime wry nice machine
The first stack took the longest because I had never done one yet. The second stack in under 30 minutes. Love the extra weights now I can do tricep extensions without using the entire stack. lol
Bag is awesome for Fitness racing. Meets the standards of the most popular fitness race. Well made. Great for training.

The extension arms are high quality and add immense range of motion. That is one of the main reasons I purchased the Mikolo. Only shortfall is the lowest height of smith bar for hip thrusts. I installed rubber bumpers only to get as low as possible.
Great rack that covers a lot of workouts! I originally bought it for my kids to get them started on a workout routine, but now I'm enjoying the convenience of a home gym for myself, too!

The leg press moves smoothly and I can get a full range of motion on both the press and hack squat. Great addition to my home gym.
These rotating multi-grip lat pulldown bars are a game changer. The 360 rotation add a new dynamic to my lifts. Solid and clean construction. 10 out of 10.
I added this to my home gym because all the other Mikolo Fitness equipment had been so good,once I got this together it really worked nice,it hits the back muscles in many different spots it’s a great machine and it doesn’t take up much space.
The machine is better than expected but had a small dent
We really love our new MIKOLO gym! Building it was so much easier than we ever thought it would be. My husband did a lot of it by himself while I was at work. You won’t be disappointed!
Upgraded from the G4 because I wanted the cast steel weight plates and also upgraded to aluminum pulleys. The G4 was great, but the G5 looks and feels like something you would find in a nice commercial gym. I had my eye on the Bells Fitness single cable tower, but at $1600 it’s way too expensive. The G5 is just as good and it’s way more affordable at $1149 and free shipping! I’m very happy with my purchase and Mikolo is quickly becoming my go-to shop for gym equipment.
Delivery was fast, this is the smoothest machine I have ever used and very sturdy. The design and all the attachments are very well thought out. Extremely happy with this purchase.

Nothing beats having a home gym. The multifunction and leg press/hack squat machines by Mikolo have allowed me to work out all of my muscle groups.
They are great for outdoor workouts and the handles make them useful for farmers carry’s also! Overall very happy with them.

It’s awesome! Easy to assemble and very smooth. Finally feel like I can connect with my back vs the barbell rows I’ve been doing.
Happy with it so far, very sturdy and can do about everything I need. Hope the weights and bench go on sale. Would love to add to my gym. I'm currently in the market for a bench and weights.

I was pleasantly surprised how great this machine is for the price! It takes up very little space and works really well. It was part of having a full gym membership that I really missed and I was hesitant to spend $2500+ on a functional trainer... this works perfect for what I needed.
So far, we all llove it!
Took probably an hour to unbox everything and then about another 5ish hours to get it all assembled by myself. Some of the directions are a little vague but easy enough to logic thru. It came with some 16x95mm and 16x105mm bolts but I never saw them mentioned in the directions. The 95mm can be used in a number of places, but the 105mm are too long pretty much everywhere without adding washers, so use them on the pegboard. Otherwise I love the rack so far. Cables/pulleys are very smooth. Everything feels premium and very solid. The rubber feet keep it firmly planted to my garage floor. Will update if my opinion changes, but I'm very happy right now.
Easy to assemble (though not quick!), had no issue with routing the cables. I did not upgrade to the aluminum pulleys but find the plastic ones very smooth. A great price and able to take advantage of the large investment I already have in Olympic plates. Overall very pleased with the purchase

This piece of machinery is well built and worth every penny. As a matter of fact, it’s probably one of the best buys on the market. The machine is sturdy and works all areas of your latts. I highly recommend this machine as well worth the money and a great buy.

Sngle best upgrade to the Mikolo M4-2.0 out there. The arms make it so I can easily attach dual connection bars for rows and lat pulldowns. The extra height makes it so I can do pulldowns from a bench instead of having to sit on the floor. Which in your 40s after being in the Marines really does help a lot. Also for curls and other low to the ground exercises you can put the pulleys right on the floor and I don't think I've even used a commercial gym with cable machines that went that low. Honestly, you bought the really nice entry level M4-2.0, spend the extra 200 bucks for this... You'll be pleased that you did.
