MIKOLO Fitness offers a 30-day return from the date of delivery. For any inquiries, please contact after-sale@gym-mikolo.com. MIKOLO Fitness will respond within 24 working hours.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

• Only items in original packaging can be returned.
If an item is sent back in non-original packaging, this will immediately void the refund for the customer. (We advise that you keep your original packaging during this time.)
• The item must remain unopened and unused.
 Should the returned product not meet the above conditions, MIKOLO Fitness reserves the right to refuse the return.
• In the event of a return due to the buyer's personal reasons, the buyer shall bear the associated costs. However, if the return is due to a fault on the part of the seller, the seller shall bear the associated costs. A detailed breakdown of responsibilities is outlined in the table below.

• Returns will not be accepted once the specified return period has passed, 30 days from the date of delivery
• Returns will not be accepted in situations where the product is affected by events beyond the seller's control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
• Damage incurred as a result of unauthorized disassembly, self-repair, or misuse of the product
• Situations exempted from liability by applicable laws and regulations.

RETURN PROCESS

    1. Request a Return
    To initiate a return, please contact MIKOLO Fitness at after-sale@gym-mikolo.com before returning any items.
    2. Provide Required Information
    Include the reason for the return, your order number, pictures of the outer box and relevant photos (if applicable).
    3. Return Approval & Shipping
    If your return request is approved, MIKOLO Fitness will provide a return shipping label. Please notify MIKOLO Fitness once the return has been shipped. Refunds will be processed after the returned package arrives at our warehouse.
    4. Unapproved Returns
    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded. If a product is returned without prior approval, MIKOLO Fitness will not cover the return shipping costs.

    REFUND

    1. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, MIKOLO Fitness will notify the customer of the refund approval status.
    2. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method. In the case of a return, the refund will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received at the warehouse.
    3. Please be aware that banks or credit card providers may require additional time to complete the transaction.
    4. If the refund has not been received within 15 business days after approval, please contact MIKOLO Fitness at after-sale@gym-mikolo.com for further assistance. 

    SHIPPING INSURANCE

    MIKOLO Fitness offers shipping insurance at checkout to protect your order against:
    1. Lost in Transit: Package not delivered within the carrier's expected time period.
    2. Theft After Delivery: Package confirmed stolen after delivery.
    3. Natural Disasters: Loss or damage due to natural events such as floods, earthquakes, or wildfires.
    4. Carrier-Related Force Majeure: Events beyond the carrier's control (e.g., strikes, government regulations, pandemics).

    What's Covered

    1. Free Replacement or Full Refund: Receive a replacement or refund upon request if the package is lost, stolen, or damaged.
    2. Claims Assistance: MIKOLO Fitness will manage the entire claims process on your behalf.

    Exclusions

    1. Shipping issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
    2. Fraudulent claims or misuse of protection.

    Eligibility

    1. Shipping insurance must be selected and paid for at checkout.
    2. Claims must be reported to MIKOLO Fitness within 7 calendar days from the original estimated delivery date. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
    3. For stolen packages, a police report or carrier confirmation is required (if applicable).
