I use this bench to bench on in my rack. Very sturdy in excess of over 400lbs. Pad is great. Used to to do incline as well no issues.
Decent product for the money. Easy put together, and benched 250lbs right afterwards for 15 reps and it felt sold. This bench is similar to all the other China made benches that all look a like. I went with this one because I like the chrome accent and degrees are labeled, and the smooth material. What would make it stand out and above is a heavier and tighter fitting material and square the padding up at the hinge. I would have paid more for those little things.
Showed up with the seat torn. Need a replacement.

Easy assembly thought a second pair of hands would be helpful. Hardware well organized and labeled in blister packs.

Amazing quality product! The variety of different incline and decline options is great. I also love that there is so much room with the minimal support area near where you sit so during bench press you have lots of options for different foot placement.
