MIKOLO Fitness offers free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. And MIKOLO Fitness ensures that all products are in good condition before leaving the warehouses.

WHERE WE SHIP
MIKOLO Fitness currently ships within the continental United States only. We do not ship to the following locations:
• Alaska
• Hawaii
• Puerto Rico
• U.S. Virgin Islands
• Military addresses (including Armed Forces Americas [AA], Armed Forces Europe [AE], and Armed Forces Pacific [AP])
• International destinations
Note:
MIKOLO Fitness does not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
If the destination is outside the shipping area of MIKOLO Fitness, the customer may arrange for a third-party freight forwarder. Prior to placing an order, the customer must contact MIKOLO Fitness to facilitate the forwarding process.
HAWAII ORDERS
Customers in Hawaii may use third-party forwarding services such as SHIPTOHAWAII to receive their orders. Please note that MIKOLO Fitness is not responsible for any additional shipping fees charged by the third-party carrier.
Once the product has left the forwarding warehouse, any issues related to damage, loss, or defects will no longer be covered under MIKOLO Fitness's warranty.

LTL DELIVERIES (CRATE-PACKAGED)
For LTL deliveries, someone must be present to inspect and sign for the products at the time of delivery. While the truck driver can place the item at a location accessible by the vehicle, please note that MIKOLO Fitness does not provide white glove service.
*White glove service typically includes delivery to a specified room, unpacking, assembly, and removal of packaging. However, this service is not included in our standard LTL delivery option.
ADDITIONAL TERMS
• While MIKOLO Fitness strive to ship all orders promptly, processing times may be slightly delayed during peak periods, such as Christmas, New Year’s, Black Friday, Thanksgiving week, and Cyber Monday.
• For pre-order items, estimated shipping timelines will be clearly indicated on the product page.
• Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the quantity or size of the items.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details, including the number of packages, the carrier, and the tracking numbers.
• Some products may include additional digital installation instructions as attachments in your confirmation email.
• In the event of natural disasters, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery times may be impacted. We will post any significant delays or updates on our website as soon as possible.
• MIKOLO Fitness does not offer the option to select a specific carrier or guarantee an exact delivery date. If you have a time-sensitive order, please contact us directly or leave a note at checkout—we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
• We offer standard shipping only. Expedited shipping (e.g., next-day or same-day delivery) is currently not supported. If you require urgent shipping, please contact MIKOLO Fitness at after-sale@gym-mikolo.com before placing your order.
WHERE WE SHIP FROM
Nationwide Warehouses
MIKOLO Fitness has multiple warehouses in California (CA), Georgia (GA), Texas (TX), and New Jersey (NJ).
Your order will be shipped from the closest available warehouse based on inventory and delivery location.
TAXES
Taxes will be applied in accordance with applicable laws and regulations at the time of checkout. The specific tax amount will be provided on the checkout page.
CHANGE ADDRESS/ OREDERS
• MILKOLO does not support address changes after shipment to prevent package loss or damage. But if an address change is necessary, please contact MIKOLO Fitness within 24 hours of placing your order with details on the changes needed:

• Customers requesting address changes due to personal reasons may be responsible for additional shipping fees or potential product damage costs, if the item has shipped.
CANCELLATION
At MIKOLO Fitness, we aim to process all orders in a timely manner, typically within 2-3 business days. To ensure that cancellation requests are handled efficiently, the following terms govern the cancellation of orders:
1. Cancellation Request Period
◦ Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted, as the order will have already entered processing or shipping.
2. Shipped Orders
◦ Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, customers must follow the Return Policy to initiate a return after receiving the product.
3. Special Circumstances
◦ In exceptional cases such as processing errors, customers must contact MIKOLO Fitness promptly. Any cancellation requests beyond the standard 24-hour window will be assessed based on the specific situation and, if applicable, resolved accordingly.
4. Order Status and Cancellation
◦ Orders that have not yet entered the shipping process can be canceled within 24 hours. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
5. Cancellation Fees
◦ For cancellations after the order has been processed, a cancellation fee will be applied. The applicable fee will be communicated to the customer before the cancellation is processed.
6. Refund Processing
◦ Upon approval of a cancellation, any payments made will be refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
