Sara Gandola continues to compete with the full support of MIKOLO, which provides both training equipment and ongoing competition backing. Following her appearance in Las Vegas, she returned to competition at HYROX Miami Beach (April 3–5, 2026), taking on both the Pro and Doubles events across the same weekend.
Women’s Pro Race
In the Women’s Pro (25–29) division, Sara finished:
Competing in another strong international field, she remained within the leading group for most of the race and secured another podium finish in her age category.
Mixed Doubles Event
Sara also competed in the Mixed Doubles event alongside Edoardo Trinx:
The pair completed the race under the one-hour mark, delivering a consistent performance across all stations. Managing two races within the same weekend added an extra layer of challenge, particularly in terms of recovery and pacing between events.
Focused Adjustments
Heading into Miami, the approach remained largely consistent, with a more targeted focus on specific areas from the previous race — particularly sled pull efficiency and control during lunges. These adjustments were reflected in a more controlled overall race execution.
Season Progression
With:
- a top 10 finish in Women’s Pro
- a podium result in her age group
- and a strong doubles performance
Sara continues to build consistency across the HYROX season.
Back-to-back races demand discipline in recovery and pacing. Miami was another valuable data point as the season progresses.
Looking Ahead
As the season continues, the focus remains on refining details from race to race while maintaining a stable training approach. Miami marks another step forward as she prepares for upcoming competitions.
