Shipping


How much does shipping cost?
MIKOLO promises a free shipping policy for all products sold on GYM-MIKOLO.COM, you do not have to pay the shipping cost.
When will my order be shipped?
Most of our in-stock orders ship in 2-3 business days. All package is shipped by FEDEX, takes around 7 days to be deliveryed.
For pre-sale products, we will have clearly marked information on the product page and announce the specific information according to the specific situation. If there are any changes about the restock time, we would provide the accurate time by mail.
Can I change the delivery address for my order?
After you place an order on GYM-MIKOLO.COM,, you can change the delivery address before the package is shipped out, the tracking number would be provided by email as we shipped out. Normally, all orders would be processed after one day you placed your order, so if you'd like to change the delivery address, please contact us by the mail address: <after-sale@gym-mikolo.com> before shipping.
Do You Ship Internationally?
MIKOLO currently supports shipping within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. Does not offer international shipping.

Payment & Ordering


What payment terms you can accept?
MIKOLO support Paypal and Stripe. Please see our payment method page for details.
My payment was declined, why?
If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons: the card has no funds available, you entered the wrong CSV security code, the card is expired, you entered the wrong billing information, the card does not allow internet purchases etc. In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.
How do I cancel my order?
Please contact us by email:<after-sale@gym-mikolo.com>. We will process your order cancellation request within 1-2 working days.
But please note that, cancellation window is only available before the package is shipped out. That's to say, if the package is shipped out, MIKOLO would not offer the cancellation service.

 

Return & Refunds


If I receive it and don't like it, can I return it?
Sure. MIKOLO offers a no-reason return policy within 30 days from the delivery date for all purchases.
Can I request a return more than 30 days after receipt?
If it exceeds 30 days, please contact us and inform the relevant reasons. We will deal with it according to the actual situation.
How do I get my money back?
The refund amount will be returned to your account through the original payment channel, and the arrival time is based on the refund policy of each bank/payment channel.

I sent an email, why didn't I get a reply?
Please check first if you sent the wrong email address? The mail address is <after-sale@gym-mikolo.com>. The Supporting time:9.AM - 5.PM(PST. We will reply to you within 12 hours of receiving the email.

The package I received is damaged. What should I do?
First, Shot the pic of the damaged package, including the tracking number, and the products' SKU. Then please contact us , you can send an email to <after-sale@gym-mikolo.com> with the problem you are experiencing. MIKOLO has an efficient team to solve all your problems. Please rest assured that we will give you a satisfactory solution.

Why is the product delivered in several packages?
Some products are too heavy and have too many parts to send in one package. In order to allow you to receive the complete product, we have divided the product into several packages.
We will tell you the exact package quantity and tracking number when it is shipped.
Note: Packages may not arrive at the same time.
