THE TAWERET

The TAWERET™ is the first co-branded product from GMWD and MIKOLO. It combines GMWD's years of expertise in designing and manufacturing leg training equipment with MIKOLO's extensive experience in cable systems for rack-style products. This powerful collaboration has resulted in the development of a cable-based leg curl/leg extension trainer.

Compared to typical pendulum designs, this cable-based system offers a nearly perfect resistance curve, facilitating consistent muscle growth. It provides greater resistance when the target muscle group is in a stretched position. This type of resistance curve is highly beneficial for muscle growth. It is specifically demonstrated during the stretched position at the top of the lying leg curl movement and the contracted position during leg extensions.
