Flat Sandwich J-Hooks
This upgrade takes barbell protection to the next level with UHMW-lined front lips, eliminating metal-on-metal contact and extending the plastic lining to the top of the back plate for safer, more secure re-racking. The sandwich-style J-cups feature a dense UHMW core, safeguarding barbell knurling while preventing upright chipping. Flat sandwich j cups, there's a little more space to roll the bar in there and it also leaves more space for those specialty large-diameter bars to fit in the j cup.
Landmine Attachment
Add more versatility to your power rack with the Landmine Attachment. Just use the included band peg in any of the holes on the rack, at any height. The Landmine Attachment allows you to use the barbell in new ways, for exercises like landmine presses, landmine rows, Russian twists, single arm bent over rows, and more. It works with barbells with a 2” diameter.
