MIKOLO M1 gym station combines a power rack, 2:1 ratio cable crossover system, 1:1 ratio low row station with footplate, chin station, dip station, and band pegs into a compact and cost-saving design. With a shallow 66.1" depth, it offers six training stations in a third of the space required for separate equipment, ensuring home gym efficiency and savings.
Made from 50mm x 50mm commercial thickness steel with a triangular frame for stability, it includes safety features for bench pressing, squatting, and lifting without a spotter. The M1 also comes with four free cable accessories—lat pull-down bar, cable bar, tricep rope, and a pair of cable handles—for a full-body workout. What would come with?
