FAQ
Does the PA03 Pivot Arms only fit the K6-2.0 Power Cage (not the K6), and does the PA02 only fit the M4-2.0 Series (not the original M4)?
Yes. The PA03 is engineered exclusively for the K6-2.0 Power Cage and does not fit the K6. The PA02 is designed for the M4-2.0 Series and is not compatible with the original M4.
What exercises can I do with it?
With adjustable horizontal and vertical angles plus 360° swivel heads, you can perform chest presses, shoulder presses, rows, flys, and a wide variety of strength training movements.
What problem does it solve?
You no longer have to sit on the floor for low-angle cable work like lat pulldowns. Just adjust the arms to your preferred height and train comfortably.

Sngle best upgrade to the Mikolo M4-2.0 out there. The arms make it so I can easily attach dual connection bars for rows and lat pulldowns. The extra height makes it so I can do pulldowns from a bench instead of having to sit on the floor. Which in your 40s after being in the Marines really does help a lot. Also for curls and other low to the ground exercises you can put the pulleys right on the floor and I don't think I've even used a commercial gym with cable machines that went that low. Honestly, you bought the really nice entry level M4-2.0, spend the extra 200 bucks for this... You'll be pleased that you did.
Over all great on many exercises. I had a problem with being to close for cable rows. I’m only 5”10. I need a foot peg that push me further back from cable. You can see in the picture how I used one of your attachments and put my bar in it to push myself back. You can see in the photo that the pully twists a little to one side when doing cable rows and one arm rows. I’m trying to think of a way to lock it straight up and down. The smith machine with the weight stacks is excellent. The only downside side I’ve come across is when doing lat pull downs the 130lb stack feels very light. I’m old and disabled and usually 150 max for 10 is very difficult for me. For a young, healthy person the smith machine with the leg press would be one of the only machines you would ever need. Does not have leg extension/ leg curl attachment. Over all would recommend this machine and extended arms cables to anyone looking for a home gym. A great buy.
The extended arms rotate up and down and side to side with easy to use pins. Flys, rows, lay pulldowns and face pulls and on and on…positioning is much simpler. Great add for me.
Upgraded to these pivot arms because I’m a little too tall to do lat pulldowns off a bench without it limiting my range of motion , with these 3D pivot arms that is no longer an issue
Works great. Nice upgrade to my m4 ultra. Great for cable flys and lat pulldowns with the extra range of motion. Instructions were clear and setup was a breeze. Would definitely recommend!
I really like the upgrade and the added function of the pivot arms to my smith machine.
I have been pleased with the cost and quality of the products i have received. Nearly all shipments have arrived early. These arms give you many options, but one main option is now i can use both weight stacks for lat pulls using a dual connector bar. The adjustability allows you to match these up to the attachment. Definitely more options over the standard pulley, though they are larger and could present some minor space issues for some?
Took a bit to assemble myself, but the instructions were easy to follow! Looks great and pivot arms are an amazing upgrade!

The was a FANTASTIC upgrade! Very easy to install (under an hour), but improves your rack 200%. Actually installed on my RitFit rack, with 2x2 uprights, so a perfect fit!

I decided to DIY these pivot arms on another rack and they are a game changer! The only hiccup was that I was sent the PA01 vertical indexing plate but Mikolo has agreed to send me the correct one when they are in stock. Highly recommend!

Great for pulls! Extra height for full ROM, wider flies, just all around extra versatility, and for a relatively affordable price. Pretty easy and quick installation, would be even better if you just get this when you get your M4. You’re gonna get it eventually anyways.
These are far superior to the 2D arms that ship with the M4 2.0. I especially like to added freedom of movement in my cable crossover positions. The cables can now swivel to follow my form and range of motion instead of dictating it. Big WIN!
Needed something to move the pulleys out for later pull downs and while these fit that bill, they opened up so much more to get out of my Mikolo rack
So far so good, no complaints
While the arms took 2 months to ship, after they got here, easy install and assembly. All pins, aluminum pulley wheels, swivel joints and trolleys move perfectly with no effort. I’ve actually almost dropped a trolley because they slide down the front post so easily. I recommend to anyone that owns the MIKOLO M4 2.0.
I have been very impressed with the M4 2.0 overall. These pivot arms have been a great addition. Increasing the overall height for lat pulldowns, widening the span for chest work, allowing for decreasing distance to allow use of both stacks at once for pulldowns and rows. Great product so far. Great price. Looking forward to see what additional options Mikolo comes out with to further increase the versatility of this machine.

Easy to put on. Have only used a few times but they will come in handy on fly movements.
The package arrived in good condition and well packaged. Excellent quality and very very easy installation (replaced the original trolley on our M4 2.0 Elite). The increased range of motion for lat pulldown, cable flys, etc. is definitely worth the $$. A couple things to be aware of . . . the extended arms are heavy enough to require your attention when adjusting vertically (don't get your hand pinched) . . . the 3D arms require two hands to move up / down the rack (the original trolley was easily moved with one hand) . . . not sure why they eliminated the "viewing hole" for the 3D trolley (the original trolley allowed you to view the adjustment number on the inside of the rack) Overall . . . easily a 4.5 out of 5 for quality / value / functionality

A great upgrade to the M4 2.0. The arms are very strong and extremely smooth. It makes a huge difference on your range of motion with all cable exercises. Also provides a modern high-end look with the red pulleys and pop pins. Install was simple. I Highly recommend this item!!!

The Mikolo 3D Pivot Arms are great! Being a tall guy I had issues with exercises like lat pull downs sitting on a bench because the old pulleys would “top out” not allowing me to get a full ROM. And I didn’t like sitting on the floor to get that full stretch. The 3D Pivot Arms fixed that by having that extra height adjustment. They also let me get a better ROM for other exercises like chest and shoulder fly. If you’re a tall person like me, I can’t recommend these enough.
