BASTET™ Adjustable FID Weight Bench

BASTET™ offers 33 different custom configurations, with 11 back pad positions ranging from +70° to -8°and 3 seat pad positions: 0°, 10° and 24°, ensuring a wide range of bench positions and targeting full-body workouts.

A foldable headrest that also functions as a half bench supports overhead exercises and serves as a chest/back support device. This design enables a variety of exercises, including seated military presses, overhead tricep extensions, shoulder presses, lateral raises, and hip thrusts.

This bench is created for home use but tested to meet commercial standards, built with a 3'' x 3'', 14-gauge steel frame. It supports up to 800 lbs at a flat angle and 400 lbs when inclined. When performing Dumbbell Rear Delt Flys or Hip Thrusts on the headrest, don't worry about it breaking— it can hold up to 300 lbs.

When not in use, the bench can be stored upright, conserving valuable space in your home gym. It only takes up 2.13 sq. ft. and saves 58% compared with the flat position, you can place it on a rack or in a corner.
