Equipment is solid and the pulleys are smooth. My seat for the lat pulldown did come damaged but customer service responded quickly and replaced the part.

Theres even a foot peg that you can stand on as counter weight while doing tricep cable pull downs or u can put it up and do cable pulls. For the price with so many functions… its GREAT!
Took about 2 hours to put together. Packaging was actually really nice. The range of motion is not the best but for an inexpensive machine it’s worth the buck. Fairly easy to assemble. I do wish the seat height was more adjustable.
I was able to assemble myself! And it’s been great to use :)
