Our P5 Power Rack features robust 3"x3" uprights with 1" pinholes, ensuring compatibility with most rack attachments on the market. This means you can save big by choosing our equipment while still having the freedom to upgrade with your dream attachments from REP or Rouge Fitness (By the way,my ideal rack attachment is REP's Pegasus Seat-I'm a huge fan of it). Of course, we've also add Y-Dip Bar, Jammer Arms, LAT Pulldown and Low Row, and Leg Curl and Extension attachment to our P5R for a personalized fitness experience.
LEG CURL AND EXTENSION:
The Rack Mounted Leg Curl and Extensions attachment helps to provide leg strength, balance, and coordination when performing one-leg hamstring curls or seated leg extensions. The attachment features a unique leg roller pad, a square seat pad that adjusts with a turn knob for seated or standing movements, and a quick-mount J-hook style design that easily secures on either 3"x3" Upright Racks.
JAMMER ARMS:
Add more exercise options to your power rack without taking up more floor space with our built-in Jammer Arms attachment. It can be set up to perform everything from incline bench presses to rack pulls, shrugs, squats, deadlifts, bent-over rows, snatches, and lunges.
PLATE-LOADED LAT PULLDOWN AND LOW ROW:
Build your back with our versatile and space-efficient LAT Pulldown and Low Row attachment. This pulley system attaches to P5 to add cable exercises, including lat pull-down variations and seated rows. The system features a 1:1 ratio. Ensuring the weight loaded is what you lift, allowing for a higher weight limit and bigger max.

Features multiple grip options for pull-ups, including wide, angled, and neutral grips.The easy-grip knurled handles have a diameter of 33mm for maximum comfort while you work out. Built with durable powder-coated steel.

Sandwich J-Hooks provide security to your lifts and protection for your barbells as well. The hook itself is padded with UMHW plastic to prevent scratching on the bar’s coating that results from frequent contact with steel and non-padded surfaces.
FULLY ROTATABLE LANDMINE:
Allows you to use the barbell in new ways, for exercises like landmine presses, landmine rows, russian twists, single arm bent over rows, and more.Helping build core rotational stability and peak power through a greater range of motion.

Sandwich j-hooks are the strongest type of j-hooks there are. These have a more robust frame that can handle more weight.The screws/bolts used to secure the UHMW go through the side instead of through the top. Another key design feature of sandwich j-hooks is that they’re narrower than the actual uprights of the power rack. This gives you a little extra side-to-side clearance. -
STRAP SAFETIES
You can slam a loaded bar against it repeatedly without wearing away the knurling. This is great if you plan on doing rack pulls, rack lockouts, concentric squats, or any other exercises that involve starting and ending with the barbell on the catches. -
INTEGRATED BAND PEGS
The integrated band pegs on the base and headplate provide the option to create added resistance with bands up to a max weight capacity of 540lbs. -
