No Swing. Just Tension.
Most T-bar rows break down under load—your torso swings, tension drops, and your back stops doing the work. The S7’s dual linear rail system enforces a fixed rowing path, delivering consistent mechanical tension across the entire range of motion. That means better lat engagement, cleaner reps, and true hypertrophy stimulus—without momentum taking over.
Spine-Safe Back Training
When your lower back fatigues first, your back never gets fully trained. The adjustable high-density chest pad stabilizes your torso and minimizes spinal loading, allowing for strict scapular retraction without lumbar compensation. Train closer to failure, push progressive overload, and protect your lower back—all at once.
4 Grips. Total Back Targeting.
The exclusive knurled Antler Grip system gives you four biomechanically distinct hand positions—wide, neutral, close, and reverse—so you can shift emphasis across lats, rhomboids, traps, and rear delts. No cable swaps, no attachments—just seamless grip transitions for complete back development in one machine.
Heavy Loads. Locked In.
Engineered for serious training, the extended weight sleeve supports up to 220 lbs with an upward angle that prevents plate slippage. Combined with a reinforced frame, guided rail system, and non-slip foot platform, you get maximum stability under heavy loads—so you can train hard without compromising control.
Dialed-In Fit. Every Time.
Proper alignment drives better activation. The quick-adjust pop pin system allows fast, precise chest pad height changes to match different body types. Stay in the optimal pulling angle, maintain joint alignment, and get more out of every rep—whether you're a beginner or an advanced lifter.
Compact. Not Compromised.
Skip the oversized T-bar machines. With a footprint of just 30.1" × 56.1", the S7 delivers commercial-level performance in a home-gym-friendly size. Built-in transport wheels make repositioning effortless—so you get flexibility without sacrificing capability.
Traditional rows are one of the best back-building exercises—but they're not always friendly to your lower back.
The MIKOLO S7 Linear Row Machine solves that problem with a chest-supported design and a guided linear rail system that keeps every rep smooth, stable, and focused on the muscles you're trying to build.
Whether your goal is thicker lats, stronger rhomboids, or improved upper-back development, this machine helps you train harder with less unwanted strain.
Built for home gyms but engineered for serious lifters, it delivers the feel of commercial equipment in a compact, space-efficient footprint.
Built for smooth, controlled reps every time
Dual linear bearings guide each pull in a fixed path—eliminating swing and momentum so you get consistent tension and cleaner back activation.
Train your back — not your lower back
The high-density adjustable chest pad stabilizes your torso, reduces lower back strain, and lets you push heavier weight without compromising form.
Target every angle of your back in one machine
Knurled multi-grip handles offer wide, neutral, close, and reverse grips—so you can hit your lats, rhomboids, traps, and rear delts with precision.
Big performance in a small footprint
Designed to fit like a bench, this machine is easy to move and perfect for home gyms without sacrificing functionality or training intensity.
Lift heavy with confidence and stability
Long weight sleeve, angled loading design, and anti-slip platform ensure secure plate loading and a rock-solid base for intense training.
The S7 isn't designed around height. Thanks to the 5-position adjustable chest pad, it fits a wide range of users. The most important factors are your arm length and leg length, not your overall height. It works best for users with:
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 112 reviews.
Love this machine very solid build. Only regret is weight capacity. Sets of 10-12 it is. Smoothly moving with many choices on the antler handles. It’s in my basement gym. Hopefully it lasts for years
Don’t know why I waited. Back is pumped for days.
I give this machine a A Purchased this after seeing the antler handle. Fantastic machine smooth travel nice stretch. My ego wants it to hold more weight; my body thanks the limited 220lb capacity. Sets of 8-12 it is. Four options of grip hit my entire back perfectly. Couldn’t be happier!! Hopefully it functions like this for years to come
Excellent item for back building workouts the machine targets every Bach muscle in the human body using the various handles. I would recommend to others I give 5 stars for this product.
Great piece of equipment for the price point
So far so good, but it did arrive with this small dent , other than that I do really like it so far
Excellent product. There was minor paint damage noted. It wasn’t from shipping.
I added this to my home gym because all the other Mikolo Fitness equipment had been so good, once I got this together it really worked nice,it hits the back muscles in many different spots it’s a great machine and it doesn’t take up much space.
The machine itself is very smooth and allows me to use the appropriate amount of weight. I’m 6’2 250 pounds. The different angles of the handles allow you to hit different parts or your back and rear delts. I’d give it 5 starts but several pieces were damaged when I unboxed it. I’ve included photos.
Easy to put together only took me an hour and a half. I’m impressed with the machine overall.
It’s awesome! Easy to assemble and very smooth. Finally feel like I can connect with my back vs the barbell rows I’ve been doing.
Had defective parts but that’s getting resolved. Machine works great for my needs.
This piece of machinery is well built and worth every penny. As a matter of fact, it’s probably one of the best buys on the market. The machine is sturdy and works all areas of your latts. I highly recommend this machine as well worth the money and a great buy.
Love it so far!
Pretty amazing machine and great for back and shoulder day. Multiple grips make it ideal to hit several different muscles.
Instructions for assembly were easy to follow and the machine feels great! Smooth motion and perfect size for large and small people (I’m 6’5” and my wife is 5’3”) Thank you Mikolo!

Easy assembly. Went by quickly and directions are simple. First try on the machine, super smooth. Get a great connection with the lats and I am loving the variation of grip handles for different angles.
Super smooth and feels absolutely amazing , great addition to my home gym ! I have the sr06 as well and I love them both !
Great additional to my home gym project. Worth the wait ❤️❤️❤️
Really cool machine to add to your back day. Added a belt squat attachment to give additional pull angles via attachments.
Great piece of gym equipment.
The machine is a 10/10 for home gym equipment. Probably feels like the most sturdy and durable piece that I’ve used from Mikolo. The price is a steal and something like this should be a $500 piece easily. To get this for under $350 was crazy. Great range of motion. BIG pad for your chest, which is very very nice and comfortable. A big chest pad is a big W for a product like this. And the grip variety on this piece along with how smooth it pulls… 10/10 for a home gym piece.
I love the machine! It is an amazing workout! It feels really sturdy and I was able to put it together myself. Shipping on the other hand, not so great. My box was beyond damaged, several pieces have scratches and chipped paint.
Fantastic piece of equipment!! Well built! Other than having an issue with the shipping company, im happy with the product!!!
Love it. I use a Darko Longy bar and Angles 90 grips and it feels amazing. My only gripe is that the main frame got somewhat beat up during the delivery process.
So far the machine is great , it’s sturdy and holds up to a lot of weight, the exercise on it feels great on my back. I’d recommend it for sure
We're 73 yoa, I was a competitive powerlifter 40+ years ago, so I was drawn to this item for it's design features and price. The box was a bit beat up, but that is mostly on the shipping transporters, no damage or missing parts when opened, so it was packed very well. Easy to assemble, used my own metric wrench and socket, which made it even easier than with the supplied tools. Extremely smooth operation, solid and all parts fit without adjustment. As of this photo(s) I have not received my additional weights, but I'm looking forward to getting my back to a semblance of it's former condition. I already endorsed it to my former training partner.
Components were packaged well and the box arrived in excellent condition. Upon unwrapping the pieces, however, I noticed that many of them have minor cosmetic issues such as gauges, scratches, or chipped paint. One of the arms had a small dent in it, as well. None of these issues impact the operation of the machine, however. Overall, I still love the machine and happy I made the purchase.
Smooth reps good quality!
very good machine, it takes alot to impress me when it comes to machines. very good for the price. its perfect for me, im 5'9 and its well for my height.
Love. It feels like there’s more support for my back. Gonna have some huge gains. Can’t wait to see in a year from now
Perfect piece of equipment. Love this for the home gym
husband loves his tbar 10/10 changes the metal foot stands for foam for better angle. equipment came in extensively scratched and dinged.
I was looking for a machine to round out my back routine and take the stress off my low back. This one is perfect. Smooth bearings and multiple hand positions really allows you to target the back to hit different groups. Great machine
