Lat and Low Row
HORUS™ features dual selectorized weight stacks, each side with its own cable. The Lat pull down and Low Row stations support unilateral or bilateral training, delivering up to 60kg of effective resistance.
We've also raised the low row cable position to prevent knee-elbow interference and improve the pull angle, resulting in stronger lat engagement and a more comfortable rowing motion, especially when paired with a bench.
