HORUS™ uses an intelligent dual-stack cable routing system to give lat pulldowns and low rows access to combined resistance—while keeping each functional trainer pulley independent at a smooth 2:1 ratio.
Traditional functional trainers typically use one weight stack for lat pulldowns and low rows. HORUS™ intelligently combines both 128 lb weight stacks into one centralized resistance path, giving you more usable pulling power without changing cables or hardware.
When you're not using the centralized lat and row system, each pulley works independently with a smooth 2:1 ratio. That gives you lighter, more controlled resistance for isolation and single-arm movements.
The low row cable starts 14" off the floor, creating a more natural pulling path that helps reduce knee-to-elbow interference, improve positioning, and work comfortably with a bench.

I purchased the Horus system with upgraded silver pulleys and steel weight plates. Did I need them, no, the original pullies would have wore me out before I wore them out and the original plates would have been enough, I just couldn't resist getting the upgrades. This equipment will make any home gym proud, it not only augments the rest of my home gym it's the star of the show. One small box was lost in shipping and Margaret with customer service took care of the problem immediately without any issue. I put this together myself, instructions were accurate and easy to follow, perhaps a few more blowups would be nice. Things I didn't see in the instructions, put the labels on the weights before you put the back covers on ( I didn't) and also I didn't see cable adjustment info, there are multiple holes on pulley connecters G10 and pulley block B8 and B9. I have used the system for a few weeks now and it is smooth sturdy and great to work out on.

Truly cannot say enough good about this machine. After hours of research, this was the clear winner for affordability while maintaining quality and is the most versatile machine I came across. It makes working out so much more enjoyable! The leg press attachment is my favorite. There's nothing you can't do! We re-programmed our garage door so we could fit it no matter the garage door track and it's everything we've dreamed of! Absolutely would recommend. John in customer support was super helpful as well! Great company.

Absolutely love this at home gym. Stacks could be heavier but generally I can do everything on it. Me and my wife workout consistently now and I'm down 20 pounds. If you can get it on sale it's absolutely worth it.

This machine was my best investment for my workouts, it exceeded my expectations, it is well done and has almost everything i need for my training. It is sturdy and looks good. It takes sometime to assemble but the instructions are very helpful and easy. I had some issues with the shipments, the weight stacks arrived broken but they took care of it and the replacements was shipped fast.

Honestly I can't find much wrong with this machine. I chose this one because it had the leg press plate and bench. Shipping was great. The sellers messaged me all of the tracking numbers for all of the individual packages. While I felt bad for the FedEx drivers everything arrived quickly and in good condition. Assembly was fairly easy. It took two of us about 4-5 hours. We used an impact gun over wrenches and allen wrenches. I've been using it about a month now and no complaints. If you feel like the leg press bar is hard to keep from the hooks going in to the slots during the rep, scoot further under the bar. Ok maybe I wish the cable weights were labeled a little better. I could see people maxing out the weights but for the average person this is a great home gym. And there's one part in the instructions where one of the weights for the cables is pictured to put it upside down but you're not really supposed to do that. If you're considering this machine it's great quality and especially for the price if you get it with the bench and weights which I highly recommend! There are so many attachments I haven't even used them all yet but I'm able to do every exercise I've wanted to do so far.

It will take you some time to assemble but my wife loves it and says it is the best equipment she has used. If she loves it, I love it!
The machine is nice as long as you upgrade the pullies. The instructions are lacking. The weights stink. You have to wash them with dish soap and leave them outside for 3 days.

Very easy to set up had an issue with one of the boxes but they were able to get it resolved very quickly. The set up is well made and very easy to assemble. If you are getting the upgraded bench make sure you have an inch and a half socket and an adjustable wrench.

This is an excellent home gym machine for a great price. I replaced my non-pulley/weight stack cage with this and so glad I did. Setup took me about 6 hours but 1 of those were unboxing and organizing the parts. Fortunately I had no issues setting the bar with the pin holes to correctly accept the pins like some have reviewed. The instructions were good but I thought better pictures of the cable run would have sped that step up. Overall I like this a lot.

My Mikolo Smith Machine is great! It was an easy setup, cables are smooth when working out. I have had it for about a month and love it. Only feedback (not necessarily Mikolo fault) I have is, Mikolo needs to use a different shipper. Fed X left all of the boxes at the end of my driveway.

Great machine for any home gym, plenty of weights on the stacks plus adding weight plates for barbell exercises. I have around 400 pounds hanging on mine no problem. One thing I will say is upgrade to the aluminum pulleys from the start and you’ll be much happier with the smoothness on the cable exercises. And note you have to buy two sets of pulleys when buying the upgrade. I honestly have no complaints and the new instructional video is super helpful although the assembly is pretty straight forward. Awesome machine! Plenty of attachments and love the dual weight stacks that can be also used together for lat pulldowns and rows. Easy assembly, took about 6 hours in total and another hour to swap out pulleys. One thing I would love to see is the pulleys upgraded to aluminum from factory or an option to buy one set of pulleys from Mikolo. I bought the upgraded pulleys but the set only comes with 18 and you need 36 so I had to go back 2 weeks later and swap all the pulleys from plastic to aluminum.

Was a little hesitant because this home gym did not have as many reviews as other brands, and I was not familiar with it, but boy am I glad I chose this one. I was able to put it together solo, though it took me a couple of days (maybe 5-6 hours total). The construction video was super helpful, as the instruction manual was not always clear. It works great, all the parts move smoothly and it feels like a lightweight commercial unit. Very happy with my purchase and I'm able to do so much more at home now. This is a significant upgrade from my previous power rack with lat attachment from a different brand.

Pretty solid piece of workout equipment. It came in eight boxes and making sure that all the pieces were present took some time. I was able to put it together by myself, except for two of the upper cross members where I needed a hand to hold them in place. I estimate roughly five hours to fully assemble. I have two reasons why I'm giving it four stars instead of five. 1. It should've came with aluminum pulleys instead of plastic. There are 36 pulleys. To buy them separately, it's an additional 300 or so dollars. 2. The weight stacks are plastic. I really wish they were just steel, I can see somebody who's not too gentle with this machine, cracking one of the weights. Other than that, I believe I'll be able to get very good functional workouts with this machine.

impressed with the Mikolo Smith Machine. It's sturdy a little movement but barley a shake, smooth, and well-designed��perfect for a home gym setup. Assembly was straightforward, and everything works exactly as advertised. I've used it for squats, presses, pulldowns, curls��you name it��and it handles each movement with stability and ease. That said, one thing to note for more advanced lifters: the weight stack may top out sooner than expected. I'm already curling and doing pulldowns on the 7th notch down and Im not huge just 170 ibs 5'10, so if you're pushing heavier loads, you might find the resistance limiting on the cable exercises. It's not a dealbreaker as it has the olympic disc storage pegs and bar for your guided bar exercises and the pull up bar and dip pegs, but something to keep in mind depending on your training goals. Overall, though, I have no complaints. It's a great piece of equipment and a strong value for the price.
