That's where the special add-on weight plate posts come in to help.
Pec deck attachment for fixed movement path: Take your chest workouts to the next level with the Pec Deck Attachment. Designed for precise, isolated muscle engagement, it targets your chest muscles with a fixed movement path that minimizes strain on your shoulder joints.
Safety first design: The Smith machine features a guided bar path for controlled movement and 14 lift-off and racking positions for versatility and safety. Heavy-duty J-hooks and 20-inch-long safety catches ensure you can confidently perform squats, bench presses, and other barbell exercises.
