SUMO BASE FULL RACK AND FUNCTIONAL TRAINER COMBO WITH ADJUSTABLE PULL-UP BAR
If you’re looking for a power rack with a solid mix of stability, attachment options, and affordability, Our K3 is a great choice. This 2x3" uprights cage is sturdy enough for heavy lifting, versatile with attachments, and offers a middle ground between the entry-level 2x2" racks and the premium 3x3" racks. This makes them ideal for serious home gym enthusiasts who want durability without the extra cost or space requirement of a commercial-grade rack.
Our Functional Trainer System is set behind the back of the power rack, enabling it to still be used as a full-sized rack—squatting on the inside of the cage. It provides more safety because you have uprights in both the front and back, which will stop you in the unlikely event of tripping forward or backward during squats.

DURABILITY AND CONSTRUCTION: The aluminum guide rail system provides ultra-smooth and controlled vertical motion for a seamless workout experience. With some of the choices made on materials, this feels almost like an in-between for a high-end and ultra-budget option. The cable system uses plastic pulleys but also has a fairly smooth carriage system. The weight carriage posts are slightly slanted, which means that as the weights move up and down, you don’t need to worry about them sliding off.
