This affordable, entry-level functional trainer full rack, perfect for home workouts in tight spaces.Our Functional Trainer System is set behind the back of the power rack, enabling it to still be used as a full-sized rack—squatting on the inside of the cage. It provides more safety because you have uprights in both the front and back, which will stop you in the unlikely event of tripping forward or backward during squats.
