FLAT SANDWICH J-HOOKS

This upgrade takes barbell protection to the next level with UHMW-lined front lips, eliminating metal-on-metal contact and extending the plastic lining to the top of the back plate for safer, more secure re-racking. The sandwich-style J-cups feature a dense UHMW core, safeguarding barbell knurling while preventing upright chipping. Flat sandwich j cups, there's a little more space to roll the bar in there and it also leaves more space for those specialty large-diameter bars to fit in the j cup.

LASER-CUT NUMBERING

Laser-cut numbers on every hole ensure precise alignment of attachments, making setup quick and accurate. With 2-inch hole spacing across the uprights, you can dial in the perfect position for your gear. This spacing provides fine-tuned adjustability, allowing you to optimize your setup for any lift. The 2-inch spacing is about as close as we can get for maximum flexibility and precision.

STRAP SAFETY SYSTEM

Unlike some pin/pipe and flip-down safety systems, you can mount the ends of each strap hanger at different heights. This gives the option of positioning the strap so that the barbell will roll safely away from them on a drop.These reinforced nylon straps are much gentler on your barbell than metal, they’re virtually noiseless when they contact the barbell. but they’re just as tough with a weight capacity of 700lbs.

CROSSMENBERS FOR EXTRA STABILITY

Add stability and function to your power rack with the Crossnumber. This provides a ton of sturdiness without adding a large footprint. When attached to your rack, this stabilizer even removes the need to bolt down your P5 with 45” crossmembers. In addition, use it as a necessary anchor point for the optional Lat and Low Row Attachment.

INTEGRATED BAND PEGS

Attach bands to the pegs for added resistance during your lifts. Integrate them with compound lifts, such as squats and deadlifts, to create a variable load, or use them for band work for warm-ups, mobility, and recovery.
