Challenge different grip, arm, and back muscles using multiple pull-up options integrated right into the functional trainer.

There is a wider range of cage accessories from different brands that specifically fit 1-inch holes. This more precise hole spacing lets you choose exactly how high to set the safety bar or J-cups, lets you have more control over your lifts, encourages better form, and, ultimately, will help you to see real growth even as you advance through your weightlifting career.

Sandwich j-hooks are the strongest type of j-hooks there are. These have a more robust frame that can handle more weight. The screws/bolts used to secure the UHMW go through the side instead of through the top. Another key design feature of sandwich j-hooks is that they’re narrower than the actual uprights of the power rack. This gives you a little extra side-to-side clearance.

You can slam a loaded bar against it repeatedly without wearing away the knurling. This is great if you plan on doing rack pulls, rack lockouts, concentric squats, or any other exercises that involve starting and ending with the barbell on the catches.

The integrated band pegs on the base and headplate provide the option to create added resistance with bands up to a max weight capacity of 540lbs.

You can customize your system with the addition of a bar, bench, plates, or a range of compatible tools and accessories designed specifically for the 3"x3" Series.

Best Power Rack for the Price!

I haven’t put it up completely due to needing to remove some stuff from my gym first (just moved in) but so far I can tell the materials are very sturdy and perfect for what I intend on doing! For the price, this is definitely well worth it. I will do a full review in a couple of months! Also, customer service was exceptional during ordering.

worth the cost

Happy with the rack a lot. It is sturdy, and I have faith that it can support the weight I require. I enjoy that I can alter it to suit my needs. My only issue with the rack is a little wobbling, which I fixed by shimming one of the uprights. The rack is ultimately worth the cost.

justified Price

lifted weights for 12 years. Lifting is a serious business for me. As soon as I realized I would be placed in quarantine for an unknown amount of time, I had to move and get this rack. For the price it is listed at, the rack is quite decent. Don't get a less expensive one; you'll be happy with this one.

Built well.

sturdy construction. works perfectly in a little place. Although I would have preferred a larger rack, this one fits my space requirements perfectly. once fastened, quite stable.

Rack of excellent quality at not Rogue prices.

Excellent bargain between Rogue and budget prices. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, but I also didn't want to want to upgrade in a few years. Although it would undoubtedly be simpler with two people, putting this together on my own as a 5'4' girl in my garage was fairly simple. If not bolted, it is slightly unsteady but not in a dangerous way. It is now quite solid because I added the lat tower attachment, which includes supports on the top and bottom. my cellar

Love this rack.

I adore that rack. It is quite sturdy and I was able to put it together by myself. I have it set up in my garage without any bolts, but it is weighted down with several hundred pounds of plates so I don't have to worry about it moving. FedEx took a while to deliver each piece, and it does arrive in numerous distinct boxes
