Understand this thing is compact and sturdy. It allows me to do most cable exercises on the screen. I want to mention that at my house this topic in the limited space that I have available.
I had to make the brackets because I did not have a stud in my wall to fasten it to with the prided brackets.
I'll still give a 5 star. I did put some marine grease on rods and pulley cables which made it feel like gym quality. Smoothness wise. Easy to assemble. Directions as straightforward as they could be. The chain link i found was added in parts to be able to extend the shorter pulley cable so the weight stack rest on bumper pads and takes stress of cables.
Love the design, Wall mounted designed takes up very small footprint/space, and the pulley is high enough, so you can do lat pulls and more exercises
Honestly watch the video for the cable part it will make sense and save time. A little grease goes a long way with this machine you really don't need it but I grease all machines for longevity.
The shorter cable is too short about 6". Need to install small extention. This will help to rest seat down all weight rack on stopping rubber bumpers. This will relieve cable and pulleys from overload especially with heavy weight.
This a great Cable Machine for its purpose of being compact. The provided attachments are great, but still needs to be upgraded. Only real issues I had was that it arrived with a missing part, one of my screws broke tightening it, contact the customer service and had got the replacement
