Flat Sandwich J-Hooks
This upgrade takes barbell protection to the next level with UHMW-lined front lips, eliminating metal-on-metal contact and extending the plastic lining to the top of the back plate for safer, more secure re-racking. The sandwich-style J-cups feature a dense UHMW core, safeguarding barbell knurling while preventing upright chipping. Flat sandwich j cups, there's a little more space to roll the bar in there and it also leaves more space for those specialty large-diameter bars to fit in the j cup.

The protective caps on the bottom of the uprights are designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free setup while safeguarding your floors from scratches and damage.
