Featuring a quick-change pin mounting system that allows you to install the Y Dip Bar to your Rack within seconds. The two 7.87" rubber grip handles are set at an angle to allow for grip options from 18.7" to 25.12" wide. Secure, dependable, and perfect for performing a variety of knee and leg raises to target your abs.
