Have 1" weights, can i ues it on the pulley system?

The weight sleeve on pulley system is only for 2" weights, while the storage weight sleeve are detachable, could be fit for 1" and 2" weights

If limited by ceiling height, can i upside down the pull up bar?

Yes, upside down the pull up bar is workable, while if remove the pull up bar would effect it's durable.

If there are any Jammer arms could fit the M3 smith machine?

Sorry, our currently jammers could not be compatible with the M3.

Can I switch the landmine and the footboard is the opposite position ?

Due to installation restrictions, they cannot install opposite.

What cable handles would come with?

A pair of cable handle, one tricep rope, a lat pull down bar and a cable bar would come together
